Shipping Information

• Processing Time: Orders received before 12:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders received at or after 12:00 PM, or on weekends or holidays, are processed and shipped the next business day.
• U.S. Delivery Time: Once shipped, standard shipping orders within the United States typically arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location and local carriers. International delivery times vary by destination, carrier, and customs processing.
• Tracking: Every order includes tracking information, which will be emailed to you as soon as your package is dispatched.

Additional Notes

• If you do not receive your package within 14 days of shipment confirmation, please contact us with your order number, and we’ll assist you in tracking it down.
• We offer free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states. We ship internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Mexico, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Brazil, and France for a flat shipping fee of US$37.00 per order. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. International orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
