• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• We accept returns if:

  • The product does not match the description

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
• Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

• We currently do not offer product exchanges.
• If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

• We provide free return shipping — all costs are covered by us.
• A prepaid return label will be issued once your request is approved.

Exclusions

• Final-sale items, gift cards, and products damaged due to customer handling cannot be returned.
